Thank you for shopping at Wonderslook. We guarantee product quality through thorough inspections before shipping and accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
Before Shipment:If you need to cancel an order due to forgetting an item, buying the wrong product, or changing your mind, you can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. Cancellations made after 24 hours will receive 95% of the order amount, with a 5% processing fee deducted.
After Receipt:For issues like missing items, damaged packages, or quality concerns, contact us within 15 days of delivery. Provide your order ID, clear photos of the item, and a brief description of the problem. Email service@wonderslook.com for assistance. We will provide a return address, and you must not send the item back to the original shipping address. Ensure the item is unopened, in its original packaging, and shows no signs of use. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not accept returns for promotional or last-chance items.
